The thing nobody says out loud about digital galleries
An online gallery is the right way to share, download, and store your full set of images — and every package includes one. But a phone folder full of a thousand photos is not the same experience as a physical object that sits on a shelf and gets pulled out and looked at. That's not nostalgia talking; it's just true of how people actually revisit their own memories.
Album versus photo book — they are not the same product
- A consumer photo book is printed on standard paper stock, glued, and designed to be affordable and disposable in the long run.
- A real wedding album uses archival-grade lay-flat pages, professional bindery, and a layout that's edited — not every photo you took, but the ones that actually tell the story of the day in order.

What we actually do with the ring-box-and-detail shots
The small, easy-to-overlook details — a ring box, a boutonniere, the specific flowers someone chose — are exactly what gets lost in a digital-only archive and exactly what makes an album layout feel complete rather than just a photo dump in chronological order. Cathy edits every album layout by hand for this reason: the sequence matters as much as any single image in it.
